Can I change the shipping address for my order?

We will be happy to change the shipping address for your order! Please email our Customer Care team contact@aumuca.com with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Unfortunately, we are also unable to change your shipping address from a domestic US address to an International address, or from an International address to a domestic US address. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.

Can I change the email address on my order?

Yes! Please email our Customer Care team contact@aumuca.com with your order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we may make the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we can resend your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation emails to the updated address. :)

What is the refund policy, what if I want to cancel or return products?

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of purchasing, you can also return or ask a refund for our product within 30 days of delivery. Read more about our Refund policy

How can I track my package?

After we process your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which you can track from our shipping page, or simply scroll down to see shipping accordings.

Will Covid-19 affect shipping?

We will process orders in 2 business days, and we only work with local express carriers, so as to reduce delay rates caused by COVID-19, you can find our average delivery time in your country from our shipping page.

How long does it take for my delivery to come?

You can check our shipping page to check average delivery estimates, during this period it usually takes 7-10 days to US, CA, DE, FR, UK, AU, JP, and some other European countries.

Where are these products shipped from?

We have warehouses in HK, US, CA, DE, FR, UK, AU, and JP, We can deliver in 7-15 days in these countries, as well as in some nearby countries.
