We're happy to offer returns on our products! Customers have up to 30 days after receiving their order to apply for a return. To be eligible, items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with their original packaging intact.


Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that were ordered incorrectly (e.g. wrong size or pattern) or if there is no damage to the pet product. We understand that pet products can be quite specific, and we want to make sure that all of our items are brand new for our customers.


If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.


However, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

We will email you once your return is received and inspected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.​         


We accept order cancellations before the item has not been dispatched. Please provide your order number and the modification you want, we’ll change it for you. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
